Boots wanted to go for a kayak ride. Buford went back to his pen after he took a swim, thinking he would get an early supper. Some of the others said that since I didn’t want to feed them, they would eat the scratch feed the baby chickens threw out. Meanwhile, Pancho and Lefty took a stroll to the pond. Then Obie tried giving me the sweet baby boy act so he could get an early supper. And Mr. Piggy acted like he was napping, hoping I would give him a belly rub (I did). Watching out for twelve of your little piggies at one time is a challenge. You never know what they are going to do, but it keeps me young and on my toes.

There is nothing worse than coming home after a 12-hour trip to the doctor and finding all of your piggy kids are mostly already tucked into bed when you wanted to play. Sleep tight, everyone.

Butterbean and Minnie were thrilled that the rain had finally subsided. Boots, Mr. Piggy, and the rest of the crew were outside, soaking up the sunshine. A beautiful, sunny afternoon is perfect for running, playing, and having snacks.

Hi everyone, my name is Obie. I guess my first parents didn’t think I was cute or smart enough, so they dropped me off in the middle of nowhere and I was scared. Then this nice man, who is now my dad, found me and took me to my new home. He tells me that I am very handsome and the smartest little fellow in the world. Rain, rain, go away, the kids want to play, but instead they're in bed early again today. On the bright side, they got to munch on some tasty snacks. The crew hopes you have a fantastic night.

All of the kids had a great time today, running around and playing with their nice, trimmed hooves. They hit all of the bird feeders and the baby chickens' cage, looking for leftovers. Some hit what was left of the rye grass, and some hit the ponds. They had an early supper because rain was coming. I think we got two drops. And after a full belly, some headed to bed, while others were still plundering. Mr. Piggy moved to the big house, where he crashed out with his sleeping buddy.

The kids had their spa day and did great. Dad didn’t stress out too much. All of this was done stress-free thanks to the girls from Have a Heart Hoof Care. They worked on thirteen of our pigs and did a wonderful job. Thank you, everyone, for your positive thoughts; everything went great.

Today is the big day for all the babies. The farrier will be here shortly. They are already mad at me because they didn’t get breakfast. I hope everything goes smoothly, because I'm a nervous wreck. Please wish them all good luck.
