If you have considered adopting a senior dog, please consider the group of dogs we currently have. They are all, with the exception of Piper, suitable for a home with kids… a home of ANY type will be an ideal situation for this group!

I’ve turned away 6 dogs in the last 24 hours because I’ve had 2 adoption applications… applications y’all… not adoptions… in the last 6-8 weeks.

Everywhere is full. So many dogs, young and old need help. I can’t help any more dogs until we find some of this group their own people.

As we are growing, we are in need of a few volunteers! If you are able to help us, please send us a message. I am looking for the following help..

1) Someone who can donate their time photographing dogs for adoption albums. This would likely mean meeting up in a public place.

2) someone to help with social media posts. This will include advertising dogs for adoption and other infographics related to senior pets

3) a few people who we can rely on to transport animals to and from the vet in the event their foster cannot, or to new foster homes. 

And if you have made it this far and are interested in the most regal of girls, Sadie, she is still looking for her forever home!

Hi! 👋🏽 My name is Sidney & I’m the SWEETEST girl!

Sidney is a 9/10 year old Husky girl who is on the smaller side (under 55 lbs). This sweet girl loves belly rubs, other dogs, could care less about cats, and Still really loves to be active outdoors!

Sidney would thrive in any type of home, especially with someone who enjoys to take walks a time or two a day! It is clear that she has had an over abundance of ear infections that have likely been untreated, and does have a little bit of arthritis in her hind end, but that does not stop her from living her best life!

Sidney is heartworm positive and has been started on the slow kill method of treatment. She is spayed and up to date on all other vaccines! She is ready for her new home ASAP! Her adoption fee is $100.
