Our dogs are a part of the family and raised in the house. Casitas Daisy Mae earned her AKC grand champion in conformation in 2022.

Rose got to visit my aunt at assisted-living. She rode in an elevator, passed lifts and wheelchairs. She was a rockstar!! (Daisy and Phoebe are in heat so they are stuck at home).

Creed got mail! He earned his first performance title!
Creed is such a smart boy and willing to try anything I ask! I didn’t feel we were ready for the show ring (still working on loose leash heeling with distractions). In order to walk the rally course with my junior handler, I needed to have a dog entered in the class. So we stepped up and earned 3 qualifying scores on three runs!

Daisy loves being a 4h dog! She spent the summer training with her junior handler. All their hard work paid off at the state fair! They earned a blue in showmanship and obedience. They got 1st with their highest obedience score of 194/200! They completed their first agility course.

Loki and Rose spent the weekend at Rodeos with us! They were both great camping dogs and quiet around the horses and cows. They did wish for a fenced yard to have some serious play time.

We survived the long weekend of dog showing!! Back to back weekends was a lot. The dogs all behaved great and were a pleasure to be around.

Denali earned her 2nd leg of rally intermediate with a 93.

Daisy practiced junior showmanship and obedience for state 4h fair. Minimal talking in the obedience ring is hard!!!

Rose and Willow got show ring exposure and were good puppies!

Day 2 of Olympic Kennel Club
Started off with junior showmanship. Loki won novice junior showmanship (Briar x Lager)! They are learning fast and improving each show!

Conformation - Rose and Denali looked great but no placing today.

Rally - Creed earned his 3rd leg in rally novice and a new title!
Daisy earned her first leg in rally excellent and did great in novice with her junior handler.
Denali was grumpy today and just wanted to leave the ring, no score. We will try again tomorrow 🙂

A great start to the Olympic kennel club show. Rose placed reserve winners (second place) out of the females today. Her loose leash walking and stacking are improving at each show!

Creed and Daisy both earned qualifying scores in the novice rally ring!! I’m so impressed with how fast Creed learns. He has shown conformation his whole life but is rocking it in the performance ring with minimal formal training. He is willing to try anything I ask! Love him ❤️

Fun weekend at the sammamish kennel club. Best part is it’s 1 mile from our house, so we ran back and forth for the classes.

Daisy showed junior showmanship, rally and obedience. She earned her advanced rally title this weekend. Daisy won novice junior showmanship and got a 91 in rally novice with her junior handler! They are practicing for state 4h fair.

Creed showed rally and got a qualifying score in novice!

Denali showed conformation and rally. She earned her rally novice title!

Rose and Willow showed conformation. They are puppies with wild coats right now. So no love in the ring but it was good experience.

Second weekend out and she takes WB (from the 6-9 class), BOW, and OHBOB at 6.5 months old under judge Mr. Nathaniel Horn! She was exhausted by groups but gave it her all 💕

Phoebe is having fun getting dog sat at Nana’s and papa’s. Thanks for taking great care of her!!

We had a great 4h meeting tonight! Obedience, showmanship, games (red light green light and Simon says). Brandy made it super fun for the kiddos today!! Then fun jumping at the end.

Mt Peak Black Velvet Rose (Rose) went to her first handling class! She did great!

First time playing with the yoga ball. They figured out how to push it quickly! How long do you think it will last? 😂 Going to have to try a hard plastic herding ball.

Briar x Lager (6 weeks old). They are brave, adventurous puppies! They take off everywhere! I could only get 3 seconds with all 3 puppies in the frame 😂
