Athena's adoption story is a good one! Several weeks ago, her family brought her home and told their kids they would be fostering her. On Christmas, the kids found out she was here to stay! What a lovely Christmas surprise for them! 🎄

▪️Update on the dogs dumped in Middle Creek▪️

Scout and Ranger are adjusting very well and have really come out of their shells! They were both able to be put on leashes and go outside to go potty. I know that seems small, but this is huge!

They are not fixed yet and they love to mark their territory. They also have big appetites! There are a couple things that the foster could use and if you’d like to support them, the wish list will be below.

Tomorrow they will be groomed and we can’t wait to see how handsome they both look.

Skittles and Little Debbie are comfy and cozy for the holidays, there's just one thing they want on this Catmas Day 9 - to find their forever home. They have been with us in foster since February - two of our longest residents!

We rescued Skittles and Little Debbie from a basement with 7 other cats when their owner reached out to us, desperate for help. She was facing eviction and needed a safe place for her cats to go. Life in a crowded basement is tough and Skittles & Little Debbie became a little shy. However, in foster care, they really have grown into their own personalities.

They are both very sweet and rush to greet their foster mom when she enters the room. They play and sleep together, and ask for attention with headbutts and purrs. Their gentle yet goofy demeanors will brighten any home!

Adopting bonded pairs is hard, but we know there's a home out there waiting for these two. Please help us share the word about these two so they can find the great home they deserve! If you're interested, you can apply to adopt on our website!
