We’re so proud of this incredible team! They’ve been working hard at task training, and right now are focusing on cue differentiating! Luna, owned and trained by her partner is learning not only to open the refrigerator door but also close it. This team is fantastic!

ADOPTED Pet!

Cosmo is a 3 year old, male, solid brown Lagotto Romagnolo that is available to adopt as a pet. He doesn’t have the correct coat, but don’t let that turn you away! He embodies his breed temperament beautifully! He is very sweet, loves to learn and particularly affectionate! He is approximately 33 lbs.

Cosmo was an in home Emotional Support Dog for an adult, who had a life change and he was returned. He is not a candidate for service, facility or therapy dog work because he is a socially timid dog with children, and he doesn’t thrive under the unpredictable pressure of service dog training or life. Cosmo takes time to warm up to his household family but once he does he is exceptional.

Cosmo is neutered, up to date on vaccines and has a complete foundation of training including sit, down, stand, wait, up, load and off! He is introduced to leave it and stay but he has room for improvement on those in particular. He walks nicely on a leash and is lovely in the crate and is potty trained! Cosmo loves doing tricks too like spin, paw and sit pretty. He is wonderful around cats and dogs.

He will come with a Go Home Bag full of chews, treats, toys, a collar, leash, and a Zoom private lesson valued at $150. There is a $2,000 adoption fee for Cosmo.

To apply for him, please fill out the form here and note that you’re interested in Cosmo: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdVWZietKQJ7NrQEo2TzOW7iGA5Y3ZvyCRh0pSBlsudQwxxaw/viewform?pli=1

ADOPTED Pet!

Mollie is a 2 year old, female, chocolate Labrador Retriever that is available to adopt as a pet. She is very joyous, loves to learn and especially affectionate!

She is being placed as a pet because she is a sensitive girl, that doesn’t thrive under the unpredictable pressure of service dog training or life. Mollie takes awhile to warm up to strangers and is not a candidate for therapy dog work.

She has a complete foundation of training including sit, down, stand, wait, up, load, off, and stay. She’s working on leave it, but she said “what Labrador isn’t? 😉” She walks nicely on a leash and is lovely in the crate and is potty trained (transitioning to a new environment is challenge so we expect some accidents until she’s well acclimated). Mollie loves doing tricks too like spin and roll over. She is wonderful around children, cats and dogs.

She is up to date on her vaccinations, and her adoption contract will include that her adopter will spay her within 6 months.

She will come with a Go Home Bag full of chews, treats, toys, a collar, leash, and a Zoom private lesson valued at $150. There is a $2,000 adoption fee for Mollie.

To apply for her, please fill out the form here and note that you’re interested in Mollie:

Adopted!
Keebler, an 8 week old mini Doodle, is being released from our program as a pet! He is a calm and easy going boy that doesn’t enjoy the pressure of public service dog life. He is excelling in potty training and great with young children.

Our service dog puppy rearing program focuses on raising sound and stable puppies. In addition to basic foundation training, we strive for each puppy to be well-socialized and desensitized. They are well-versed in proper dog communication, manners, and behaviors. They start training at just a few days old with Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. They then continue training alongside developmentally appropriate program standards. Puppies are introduced to novel stimuli daily, to include: various new people, items, sounds, and textures. Puppies will have started with potty training, crate training, car rides, and basic foundation training. We also utilize the use of a clicker and verbal marker during early training.

Keebler is up to date on vaccinations. His adult weight will be between 15 and 25 lbs (expected to be around 18 lbs).

If you are interested in a puppy, he is $2,500.
