EDIT: His name is Duey and his family came and picked him up. He is happy to be back with his family and brother!

One of our employees picked up a small dog in the middle of traffic on Peninsula Drive near 26th street. Must be able to prove ownership. Please share so we can get this baby home! The rabies tag from the veterinarian on the collar is not the owner, we have already called. The tag is not matching up. No microchip.

Please call 814-920-4130, we are open until 9:00pm tonight! We will hold the dog today, keeping him warm and out of danger!

Meet our Wag of the Week, Maverick!

You couldn't tell with his sweet face, but Maverick joined the Wales family as a patient during our Saturday hours. Maverick's parents noticed that he wasn't his usual happy self and decided to bring him in Saturday.

One of our four doctors and our wonderful technicians jumped into action and quickly provided Maverick the care he needed. The entire Wales staff was so excited to see this happy boy walk through our doors with that sweet smile on his face for his recheck appointment, leaving with a good report of health.

Maverick's case is a true testament to our mission of providing Urgent Care to our community's animals. We are so thankful to have helped Maverick and his family!

Meet Oggy, our sweet, loving Wag of the Week!

Oggy is a strong willed kitty living with both FeLV and FIV. FeLV, is short for Feline Leukemia and is the most common and important infectious diseases among cats. This little guy also has FIV, which is short for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, that attacks their little immune systems.

Without the goodwill of his new owners taking him off the streets, Oggy would have went without the treatment that he needs to continue to live a happy & healthy life! 🐾❤️💚

Meet Zorro, our Wag of the Week and newest patient!

Did you know, despite the obvious lack of fur, this unique Sphynx breed isn't actually hairless. These kitties, originally bred in Toronto (not Egypt), are covered in peach fuzz fur. Maybe Santa Paws will bring this sweet boy a sweater for Christmas! 😀🐈🐾
