PART 2! The actual work! Rivers was doing fantastic! Mom informed me he was about a 60/40 for recall and next to nothing for drop it. We spent about 15 minutes working on this with our 20ft safety line. YOU WILL HAVE 100% SUCCESS WHEN YOU HAVE 100% CONTROL OVER YOUR DOGS MOVEMENTS. He enjoyed himself and was able to jump around, play, shake and get some energy out! This was an easy way for him to make the right decision, and also mom could relax knowing that when she got home, and used this technique she wouldn't have to chase him around for things anymore! I would reel him in, he would take the toy near mom and was starting to drop it at her feet. No more keep away, no more ability to practice unwanted behaviors and we could keep the experience POSITIVE to drive success, boost his confidence and create a better bond. 🥰

PART ONE (because fb does not like how much I talk for creating a reel) Intro to DROP IT and RECALL We can all benefit from a brief refresher or a quick tutorial to get started!
