Phone saga update: WE HAVE WORKING PHONE LINE AGAIN!!

The phone saga continues. We have some confusion between our scheduling program that allows text messaging and our land line phone that does not. So, I decided to switch our Spectrum land line to a Spectrum mobile line to make this a nonissue. Seemed simple enough, except Spectrum told me after I ordered the phone and then received the phone in the mail that it would take 3-5 business days to activate and that we would not have phone service during this time. Okay, I waited until we were closed for the holidays to do this. Now everyday this week I have called and they keep moving the activation date back. Today I was told it could take 7-10 business and again told it would be today by 7:00 pm.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience to all trying to call the salon. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. If not, I may have to change providers.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Autumn and I are thankful for all our wonderful clients (and the snacks😂)!

I am especially thankful to all who have been patient giving us extra time during our busiest of days to make your pups beautiful, to those who have been extremely understanding that I’ve been moving appointments so I can attend my mother’s doctor appointments (as well as my own).

I know having to reschedule can be an inconvenience and we try our best here to get your appointments rescheduled as quickly as possible when life events happen.
