We’re happy to share that our system issue has been resolved and everything is functioning normally again. 🎉

📢 Important Update: System Outage 📢

We are currently experiencing a network outage that has taken down our practice management system. Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control, and we are unable to access our appointment schedule or patient records at this time.

🐾 If you have a wellness appointment this morning, please give us a call before heading in so we can help you reschedule once our system is back online.

🐾 If your pet has a sick or urgent visit, please still come in as scheduled — we will do our best to see you promptly, but please be prepared for possible delays as we work through the outage manually.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get back up and running as quickly as possible. ❤️

🚨 Exciting Update! 🚨

Our network issues appear to have been resolved, and we’re happy to share that Urgent Care will be open and fully operational tonight!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Like so many others today, we’re being hit hard by the widespread network outages. It’s affecting our medical records system, pharmacy, ability to take payments, and so much more — so we really appreciate everyone’s patience and grace while we wait for things to get back up and running.

If these issues aren’t fixed before our Urgent Care hours this evening, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to open for Urgent Care tonight. This is absolutely not a decision we take lightly — our team and doctors are very upset about the possibility, but we can’t operate safely or effectively without these systems in that setting.

We’ll keep everyone posted here as soon as we know more. Thank you so much for your understanding! ❤️🐾
