I love sharing Sky. He is such a special soul to know. He can be selective about who he accepts to know him, or when he chooses to offer affection. Very cat-like. I feel like I speak his language. He is loyal, motivated and smart. He doesn’t like to be stared in the eye at all or for long, as much as many want to. He’s beautiful, and bigger than he looks here. I can’t remember how many visits it took for him to show he trusted me by leaning against me, but it wasn’t immediate. Visits were spent casually assessing one another and gradually earning mutual respect. Then one day when I arrived at his house, he surprised me by putting his front paws on my shoulders and licking my face. He was so clearly happy to see me. That made me feel good! We like to walk in the woods together best. I love him, and am lucky his people share him with me.

Dinah, my princess. She was my first “foster failure” when I worked as a shelter agent at . I’ll never forget walking through the room of new intakes and seeing her little white mustache and long whiskers pressed against the bars of the cage, her tiny snowy paws desperately stretching out to me. She had been left outside of the shelter alone in a box. I was used to seeing kittens every day, but I couldn’t bear to pass this one by. “Oh no…” I said. I knew she would be mine. And I took her home that day. She’s 11 now, and is still my baby🥰

I specialize in enrichment for dogs and cats, with over 10 years of experience working with animals professionally. I have worked in veterinary hospitals, animal rescue and rehoming, and home pet care. I have lived with dogs and cats all my life.

I offer private dog walking (no pack walks from multiple households) and pet sitting for all breeds, ages, and temperaments. Whether you're going away on vacation or to work during the weekday, I will be there for your pets when you can't be.
