SunStone Vaulters had it's own inaugural event today....SSV Development Day! We spent a fun-filled day with clinician, Bella Fetters, who helped us with skills, drills, and Freestyle routines. We also touched on acro-yoga, team building, as well as playing with some friendly dragons during free time. A scrumptious pizza buffet was a great bonus! Everyone had a great time, and we'll definitely do this again next year!

SSV attended the last competition of the season, Harbor View Vaulters' Oktober Fest in Enumclaw, WA this weekend, and we continued to bring home the ribbons! We made history by having most of the vaulters advance a skill level, so there was a huge learning curve for us all! Romeo and Brooks worked hard and did their best! Go, SunStone Vaulters!

We absolutely LOVE the Estacada 4th of July Parade! I firmly believe it was twice as big as last year! We had so much fun, and the crowd loved it! It's exciting when someone says, " Look! It's the Vaulters!" Looking forward to the next parade! photo dump! Sorry for any duplicates!

SSV just returned from the Mozart Memorial. SSV had a great time, and all the staff and vaulters did a wonderful job! We camped, we laughed, we jogged, we had fabulous horses, and we have champions amongst us! A full report will be coming! This was a great Mother's Day weekend! Goooooo, SSV! (P.S. I stole photos from various parent's FB pages! Thank you all!)

Look what's back with Coach Debi! Thank you, Britta Larson Wilder, for giving SSV the chance to get our old friend, Rogue 15, again! Mechanical barrels greatly improve the vaulter's skills and confidence! It will be a wonderful addition to our program! This vaulter got the hang of it within minutes!

At this afternoon's practice, I was pleased and honored to present my vaulters with their very first ribbons from the virtual vaulting competition we entered this summer! This was the "Firecrackers" first attempt at a virtual competition, and they were so excited to learn that they got 1st place!

We love Freestyle Day!
