🎄🐾 Exciting Holiday News 🐾🎄

We’re thrilled to announce the official dates for our First Annual Holiday Bazaar — happening December 13th & 14th! 🎉

We’re currently looking for vendors to join us in making this event a huge success — and to help raise funds for our rescue cats! 😺❤️

✨ Vendor Types We’re Looking For (but not limited to):
🖼️ Arts, Crafts & Handmade Goods
🍪 Foods, Baked Goods & Treats
🛍️ Retail & Boutique Items
🎁 Specialty or Novelty Products
🎄 Holiday-Themed Creations (Christmas decor, gifts, etc.)

To secure your vendor space, we’re asking for a $25 deposit, and 15% of all individual vendor proceeds will go directly to supporting our rescue’s mission to help cats in need. 🐈‍⬛💖

This will be our first time hosting an event like this, and we’re hoping to gather at least 10 amazing vendors to make this a cozy, festive, and successful bazaar!

Well… it finally happened.

Our sweet Peanut got adopted today!!

Our PB&J litter is finally complete 🥹 His siblings Butter and Jelly were adopted before him, months apart, leaving him to be a solo little guy.

Thankfully, Peanut has always been spunky, wild, and knows how to entertain himself. If you’ve ever met Peanut, you know how funny he is. He now has a new home with an older kitty as his new brother 🤍

If you remember, we got these three tiny tots back in March and shortly after rescuing, they were diagnosed with Panleukopenia. They are all such troopers and didn’t let anything stop them!

Things take time, and the reward is bittersweet. 🤎💛💜

We Need Your Help to Keep Our Rescue Going!

We’re preparing to reopen intakes in the second week of October, but we’re struggling to keep our bank account afloat. Right now, every expense — food, litter, medications, vet visits, enrichment — is adding up faster than we can keep up.

On top of that, we’ve taken an owner surrender of two cats we previously adopted out AND we are fighting a tough battle with coccidia in some of our kittens, delaying their adoptions and adding even more medical costs. 💔

Without support, we can’t steady ourselves and prepare to reopen intakes.

We still have our cute little gem litter patiently and eagerly awaiting their furever homes!!!

Jasper has a meet and greet tomorrow that hopefully leads to his adoption 💖
The girls (Ruby, Diamond, and Sapphire) all still need interested families to come meet them and make them a permanent part of their home!!

They are all spunky little kittens that are growing like weeds. They are very playful, energetic, funny, and when they’ve finally expelled their energy, they are the best little cuddlers and have the loudest little purrs!

They are roughly 16 weeks old, spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated with age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, and ready to come home with you!!

We are happy to facilitate meet and greets this weekend, so please reach out!!! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We love our friends at Mud Bay in Happy Valley! They’re gracious enough to donate every month, but seeing this today just warmed our hearts 🤍

Every donation we get matters. Whether it be monetary, food, toys, etc, it all goes to good use. We’re grateful to everyone who has ever donated to us, past or present. The sweet kids under our care rely on everything we get.

🐱 Help us help the kitties!! 🐱

We NEED fosters!
If you’ve previously fostered for us, previously applied to foster, or want to join in on fostering, PLEASE REACH OUT!

Whether you can foster for 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years, we want to hear from you!

If Ross & Rachel do not get adopted, we need to find a foster placement for them prior to 9/13!

We have several other intake requests for kittens that need our help as well!

💖✨Highlighted Adoption Post✨💖

Ross & Rachel are still eagerly awaiting their furever homes! We would love to see them get adopted together!
They are the perfect companions for not only each other but to their human.
They are almost 6 months old, and ready for their next chapter.

Their current foster will be leaving within the next week to go on an extended vacation, and instead of having to switch them into a new foster home, we would love nothing more than to get them placed into a FUREVER HOME!

Our normal adoption fee for two teenage kittens is usually $200, but we are reducing their fee to $100 for BOTH!! In hopes we can find their purrrfect fit.

With the holidays being right around the corner, we are toying with the idea of putting together a holiday fundraising bizarre, but we need vendors!

Would you be interested? It would likely be a 3-day event (Friday - Sunday) and we can discuss further details if we are to solidify these plans.

As some examples, the types of vendors we'd be looking for include but aren't limited to:
- Arts/Crafts/Handmade Goods
- Foods/Baked Goods/Etc.
- Retail/Boutique
- Specialty/Novelty
- Holiday Focused (ex: Christmas Decor)

This would be our first time doing this and our goal would be at least gathering 10 vendors to make a small(ish), but successful bizarre!

Our garage sale this weekend was a success! We raised roughly $1,000 which ain't too shabby for hanging out and making new friends that stopped by Saturday - Monday.
If we can accumulate more items to make another sale worth it, we will try to host another garage sale next year!
