CRPE Fall Show Attendees:
I will be stopping by tomorrow to say hi as first and foremost you are my friends and my community and I cherish and appreciate you all.
I will not have a table at the show. I hope by spring I can. Why am I not having a table? Tariffs… Tariffs have made it near impossible for me to replenish stock. Here is one example, one popular product I stock I did order a couple weeks ago and it had a 43% increase in price… I have always kept prices low and competitive, relying on volume and reputation to keep stock rolling in. The broad tariff policy has hit micro businesses hard. Not only have medications and supplements gone up in price but so have materials I use to ship, packaging materials, labels, many of the ingredients in Avian Health Shake. I have focused on keeping Avian Health Shake alive as so many rescues, sanctuaries and bird lovers really on it.
Anyhow I am sorry. Aimee and I are doing our best to mitigate this challenging time. Hopefully the Supreme Court strikes down the tariffs and by spring we will be restocked and back to normal operations.
