ACS is excited to host a vaccine clinic for our community with low cost rabies vaccines for $10, Microchips for $10 and thanks to our partners at Petco Love for once again providing FREE distemper vaccines for both cats and dogs!

The clinic will be taking place at Animal Care Sanctuary on Saturday, September 7th from 9am - 3pm! We will also be serving up Burgers and Hotdogs! We ask for a donation of any kind to ACS in exchange. 🌭🍔

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲: Saturday September 7th and Sunday September 8th

𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Cutler Schoolhouse Road
𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: ($10/Adult) ($5/Kid ages 5-16) (Kids under 5 FREE) (SUNY Students $5)

We sincerely appreciate everyone who attended last year and provided valuable feedback on how we can improve. As a family farm, we've embraced the learning process and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional event each year. We've been working diligently throughout the year to make meaningful changes, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for all.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀:
🌻 The Field has been moved just around the corner from the field we have been in the last two years. This means more parking, all flat ground(no hillside), and tons more room for vendors and Sunflowers.

🌻NO U-PICK Sunflowers - While of course we want to offer u-pick flowers we aren't able to just yet. Unfortunately this was a big learning curve for us as some abused the opportunity for U-pick and were taking arm full loads to their vehicles leaving none for the festival goers to enjoy the beauty of. So this year, no- U-pick.

🌻Bathrooms - While we had a few portables last year we didn't anticipate the large influx of people we attracted. This year we have secured 19 portables for the entire event.

🌻Ticketing Lanes - We had a very lengthy one line ticket entrance. This year we will have 4 ticket entrances and are entertaining the idea of presale tickets. Please stay tuned on this.

🌻Vendors - We had around 20 vendors last year. This year we have 50 different vendors on Saturday and about 45 on Sunday.

🌻Food Vendors - We had 2 food trucks last year both of which sold out and we heard many were frustrated on the wait times for those lines and ended up leaving. This year we have 6 food vendors.

🌻 Sitting Areas - We will have multiple sitting areas for those needing to get off their feet for a minute or to enjoy your food and purchases.

🌻Games - There will be a life size Chess and Connect 4 games for your enjoyment.

🌻Instagrammable Moments - There will be at least 2 hidden photo opportunity spots among the flowers for you to snag those Instagrammable moments. Tag us on social

🌻 Cow Cuddling - We are hopeful to have 4 cows this year and are working on the logistics of actually cuddling with the cow safely.

🌻 X101 - wxhc 101.5 fm will be coming to you live from the Sunflower Farm Festival providing music Saturday morning.

🌻Please remember this event will go on rain or shine and is held on a working farm.

🌻Please wear proper foot wear for walking in a field so you aren't apt to hurt yourself.

We can't wait to enjoy the beautiful flowers mother nature has blessed us with this year, some stalks towering up over 8 feet tall. We are starting to see some blooms throughout the fields but there are still thousands to come.
