This very handsome guy is Kylo! He's had some trouble with the grooming process, but his human is dedicated to making sure he learns how to mind his manners at the salon. After several training sessions with our Master Groomer Behavior Specialist, Irene, he was able to calmly and comfortably get his bath!

It's the first day of winter! We wanted to share this puppy picture of Harper's first snow and remind everyone about our inclement weather cancellation policies.

Our regular Cancellation Policy asks for a 36 hour notice to avoid cancellation charges. However, in the event of heavy snow, most cancellation charges are waived. Please read our policy below!

If there is over a half of an inch of accumulated snow or reports of icy roads and you feel unsafe driving to your pet's appointment, please call or text us at 717-449-8520. We will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible but cannot guarantee a time frame for the new appointment.
No Show and Booking Charges will still be charged during inclement weather if you do not contact us and do not show up to your appointment. You must contact us before your scheduled appointment time to have the cancellation charge waived.
We ask that you avoid preemptively cancelling your appointment based on weather reports and try to wait until it is actively snowing. Again, there are no time requirements for inclement weather cancellations, we only require you to notify us before your scheduled appointment time.
In the event that we need to close the salon for inclement weather we will call you with as much notice as we can and will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Again, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for the new appointment but will make every effort to see your pet in a timely manner.

This policy is also listed on our website under the FAQs if you need to refer to it again in the future.

Dug wanted us to make a post about National Cookie Day, but we told him that this is a very special Wet Dog Wednesday post instead!

We’re thrilled to share that our wonderful Riley is now officially a Stylist Apprentice! She has been learning from Master Groomer Behavior Specialist, Irene, and is now ready to take appointments for the 24 Karat Cleanse and 18 Karat A La Carte services! Riley is certified in Fear Free and AKC S.A.F.E., and she has been a true delight to work with. The dogs adore her too!

All 24 Karat Cleanses booked with an apprentice will come with a FREE add-on service of your choice! You can pick from a Soothing Paw Soak, our NEW Gentle Exfoliating Scrub, or gland expression.
Our 24 Karat Cleanse includes a warm bath with shampoo tailored to your pet's needs, a blow out and brushing, ear cleaning, and nail clipping and grinding with paw pad oil. (Please note that hair trimming is not included in the Cleanses.)

Sweet Piper loves coming to see Irene for her 24 Karat Cleanse and Cut!

Our 24 Karat Cleanse and Cut package includes a warm bath with products tailored to fit your pet's need. After a blow out and brushing we'll clean their ears, clip and grind their nails, and apply a moisturizing paw oil revitalizer, plus any hair trimming needed, from a full body shave, to just a little off the top.

We offer several color options for pups who are comfortable with the grooming process. We have semi-permanent dyes that last months, pastes that last a few weeks, or chalks that last a few days. All of our color products are non-toxic, safe, and specifically designed for pets!
If you are interested in adding color to your pet's next visit with us please let us know when booking the appointment!

We're so excited to share that our Salon Coordinator, Riley has been an amazing addition to our team since joining us in July! Harper absolutely loves the extra attention from Riley too!

Riley has been apprenticing with Irene and is now taking appointments for our 18 Karat A La Carte services! She is AKC S.A.F.E. and Fear Free Certified, so you know your furry friend is in great hands. Give us a call or shoot us a text to schedule your pet’s next nail trim with Riley! We can't wait to see you!

Our Salon Coordinators often have same day appointments available, but please remember we do NOT take walk-ins. All services must be scheduled in advance, thank you!
