Thinned out the herd today!
Sold 5, processed 26 with another 7 I’m considering putting in the freezer.
Each bag holds 13 birds.
Not bad for 2 hours of work.
Did you know that unlaid quail eggs don’t have spots? It’s the last step they go through before being laid.
