If you’ve been a fan of the farm since the beginning (or of us since way before the farm was even here), you probably already know the magic that is Olive Creek Farm’s Strabañero Jam.

This is the single item that people ask us about the most, all year long. We make a batch at the beginning of every summer with the season’s most delicious berries and only the spiciest habanero peppers.

These will be available starting this weekend and only around until we sell out. Once they’re gone, they’re gone (until next year).

So if your craving is roaring like ours does every year about this time, come see us and pick up a jar or three or four. We’ll have them in the Farm Stand on Saturday from 9am - 2pm and at the Whiteaker Community Market on Sunday from 10am - 3pm.

Planted peas on New Years Day, as is the tradition. It doesn't seem like it now, but spring will come and we will be ready!

To answer a question overheard in the farm stand this weekend, you actually don’t have to carve the pumpkins you pick up here! You can set them out for decoration as is, or even drop a little jar in them to make a super cute vase and centerpiece! More ideas and still pumpkins left over here at the farm!
