We have horses for lease!
In barn only
Once a week lesson is required
Variety to choose from
Multiple nice quality ready to show horses as well as greener or up and coming horses. Beginning intermediate or better at this time, no beginner suitable are currently available.
Leasing is a great way to get some fun miles and show a nice horse on a budget.
Inquire for more details and a barn tour. Sorry no straight lessons without leasing at this time. Happy to barn tour and add anyone to our wait list though.

Board and training openings

Hunter/jumper based but we have had multiple eventers benefit from our dressage based flatwork and great show jumping practice.

100x200 indoor
150x300 seasonal outdoor
Great location, fabulous facilities and the best barn family around. Schooling shows and clinics on site with multiple rated and outreach shows attended for those looking for show miles.
Full care with multiple training packages available and reasonable rates.

ISO- Working student

The ideal situation would be someone that could afford board but needed to work off training and was available during the day during the week ( maybe 10-2? Ish?) Can be flexible on hours but not in the evening as I am busy teaching and part of the need is tacking horses for me to ride so I can be more efficient with training rides. Also turning out and bringing in, setting jumps, cleaning tack, lunging horses helping prep for shows etc. no stall cleaning unless it’s an emergency.
Some riding and showing available to the right qualified person.
This could be a great opportunity for the right person.

We do not currently have a July or august show planned. Our offsite schedule has us hopin and at this time there just isn’t room.
Hopefully we can run the june and sept shows in the outdoor.

I’ve got cleaners (Friday and Sunday) down with injuries. Looking for someone to step in short or potentially long term for these 2 days. Sunday could possibly trade with my Saturday person maybe if needed.
Job is -
Toss pre made and set out am feed
Clean 25 stalls
Top off water in the small barn
Takes 4-5hrs for most people, I don’t mind if you take your time but pay doesn’t change.
Pays $75 cash

We are a go for our May 7 show. Let us know if you would like an entry emailed directly.
It really helps us to have pre entries to help keep our show running on time.
We also have just a few spots left in our Mary VonZimmerman may 6th. Let us know ASAP if you would like to ride with Mary.

We are getting many inquires for the summer schedule. We are still sorting that out to avoid conflicts.
We should have our new outdoor up and running so from June on we will have shows running in a 150x300 outdoor sand. We are also working to mark the rest of our show stalls. We should have the majority of the block available for day or overnight.

We have some great horses open for partial lease!
Jade- 15.2h chestnut mare
Super sweet and kind, lightly showed in the 2’ hunter last year then was injured and had the winter off. She is starting to jump again and ready to get back at it. Intermediate or better rider as she is safe but sensitive and a little green still.
Archie- 16.2h appendix gelding
Great teacher for someone needing to step up and learn to ride a “big” horse. Extensive show miles but is now older and slowing down. Very useful for clinics and local shows up to 2’6. He still has some power and an occasional spook so someone who has some strength and confidence gets along with him best.
We potentially have others for the just right person.
$300-375 month
Weekly lesson required $140mo
Leases are not eligible for work off. Lessons potentially could be worked off.
