When I start working with a new horse these are some of the essential things I want them to understand before moving onto more intense workouts. Especially when they come to me with no manners. After they understand basics then we can actually lunge for a workout and begin to ride. Trust starts on the ground and it has to go both ways!! One of my clients horses got worked on today by the chiropractor! I set up farrier and chiropractic appointments for some of my clients and I make sure I’m there. I do this because I love learning from the chiropractor and I want to know what kind of physical limitations or special exercises the horses I’m riding and training should or shouldn’t be doing. #horses #training #chiropractor
