Dr. Frank is a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia, College of Veterinary Medicine.. After years as an associate veterinarian for small animal practices in Arkansas and Iowa, she became a veterinary practice owner in Iowa in 2014. Upon moving back home to Missouri, Dr. Frank decided in 2021 to pursue her long time dream of starting a full-service mobile practice. Once she starting

traveling around the area she noticed there was a larger need for a "brick and mortar" to serve southern St Louis and northern Jefferson counties. About 3 months later EFPH was born! Dr. Frank enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. When not working, Dr. Frank spends her time at home with her husband, 3 young children, horses, cats, and dogs. She also enjoys gardening and attending her children's various activities.
