Hello everyone. We have 1 electric site available for our Halloween event next weekend! We also have 2 rooms available and a few horse paddocks available. Don't miss out on this fun weekend! Scavenger hunt, costume contest, live music, spaghetti dinner...... The fun just keeps on going. You can also come for the day Saturday to enjoy the festivities and food! $10 per person for the day!

Seminole Wind Ranch fared pretty well after Milton! We have 2 damaged paddocks from trees falling on them. They will be repaired and up and running by next week. We had no power or water until Saturday evening. We had 12 to 15 trees down throughout the campground, driveways, and yard. We have cleaned up 90% of it already with the best help from friends, campers, and neighbors! Thank you to Dave Dowell, Mary Lou and Rick Adams, and Don Chess for all your hard work. I don't have any after pictures yet but it's looking GREAT! Seminole Wind Ranch is up and running! Seminole State Forest is currently closed and as far as I understand will be closed until Monday 10/21. We are actively assisting Forestry to clear the trails and then they have the Impaired hunt the weekend of 10/18-10/20. We are so excited for our Halloween weekend coming up 10/24-10/27!

We at Seminole Wind Ranch are not taking horses before the storm due to the possible track of Milton. We do not have barns, we only have paddocks with small shelter. We do have rooms in the house for those who are unable to find a safe place to go. We are also accepting horses and campers who need to move their horses after the storm to dry land as we are high and dry here. Please pass this on if you know anyone (people and household pets) looking for a place to stay through the storm or anyone in need of dry land for their equines after Milton has cleared.
