I just seen this heartbreaking 💔 news about the Inotiv 48 Beagles!

MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE BEAGLES AT INOTIV...In October I did a podcast episode called "Save the Beagles at Inotiv." It focused on the 48 beagles in a research laboratory called Inotiv in Indiana that were being used for pharmaceutical drug testing there. An undercover investigation by the Humane Society of the United States revealed several violations of the Animal Welfare Act at this facility which included severe dog suffering.

For months many of us called and emailed and petitioned on social media to get these 48 beagles out of Inotiv alive when their testing was over, so they could be adopted into loving homes.

I just received some sad news that these 48 beagles have most likely been killed by Inotiv.

The companies responsible for them never uttered a single word in response to any of this.

While tears flow from eyes this morning, I will transform my anger into my work for dogs in laboratories everywhere. I will hug my own former research dogs tight, thankful that they were spared. I'm also keenly aware that these 48 beagles are some of the over 55,000 used for research in the U.S. as we speak. Until every dog cage is empty...
