Hello all! After seven years of operation and much heartfelt deliberation, we have decided to close Seventh Wave Microgreens (fka Seventh Wave Aquagrow). As the cost of seeds, supplies, infrastructure and insurance continue to rise, we are simply unable to remain sustainable. It has been a fun and rewarding journey, learning, growing and providing our community with healthy and delicious greens. We very much appreciate all of our loyal customers, the Farmer’s Markets, Elbert’s, Caterers, Urban Seeds, Copperhouse and the Local Growers Group that have provided us the opportunity to make many lasting friendships. And, thank you to Local Source who made it so easy to connect and deliver our product to the local community. We ask that going forward, please utilize and visit the areas farmers markets and businesses to “Shop Local” as much as you possibly can. Seventh Wave was a hobby farm for us but there are thousands of small businesses and farms that rely on your patronage to support their families. Evansville and the Tri-state area have so many fantastic growers, artisans and producers, we ask that you please keep them top of mind, as you shop.
