When we say "one-on-one," we mean providing your furry family member with undivided attention and care. It’s not about quickly grooming multiple dogs at once; it’s about creating a calm, personalized experience. In our salon, we only have one dog family at a time, with one groomer dedicated solely to your pet.

If your dog is being groomed in a high-volume salon or a group setting like a daycare, this can be overwhelming and stressful for them. That’s why we focus on a serene environment that allows your pet to feel safe and relaxed throughout their grooming session.

🌟🐾 Today, my heart is full. I’ve always believed that my work goes beyond just grooming; it’s about building relationships and caring for your beloved pets as if they were my own. Each furry friend that walks through my door becomes part of my extended family, and I cherish every moment we share.

Today, I’m overjoyed to share that my sweet client Bolin has made a full recovery from a scary situation. I may not be a vet, but I always keep a watchful eye on your pets and do my best to alert you to anything concerning. Bolin, you have a special place in my heart, and I’m so grateful you’re okay! 🎉 **Big News! Meet Margot!** 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Margot will be joining us part-time at The Groom Room this holiday season! At just 25 years old, Margot is a passionate go-getter going to a Wilderness EMT school this January!

Margot began her grooming journey in 2020 in Dallas, Texas, and completed her apprenticeship under a master groomer in 2021. She is not only skilled but also certified in Pet CPR, Canine Hair and Skin Basics and Advanced, and Environmental Science Kossa.

In the summer, Margot takes her talents to Juneau, Alaska, where she works as a lead tour guide and dog handler at the Alaska Icefield Expedition—and she’ll be returning there this summer!

With years of experience, Margot is a caring and compassionate dog handler and groomer who is dedicated to continued education to provide the best care for your furry friends.
