Feeding Schedule
In most cases, there is no need to provide food. Should you choose to bring your own food, please bring dry food in a sealable bag or container. Place food that needs refrigeration in individual portions, labeled with name of pet. We do recommend, however, that owners bring their own food for pets with allergies or for those who may be sensitive to a change in diet. We will feed y
our pet as close to his/her own feeding schedule as possible. Medications
In order that we stay consistent with your pet's medical needs, individual medical cards are printed up with concise instructions for medications. Pets needing subcutaneous injections are also welcome with us. These medications are given as a courtesy, with no extra charge to our clients. Exercise/Activity
For some pets, being away from home can unnecessarily cause anxiety and stress. Many factors common to boarding may attribute to anxiety in a new boarder: a new environment, unfamiliar people, change in diet, disrupted sleep patterns, new sounds, etc. We strive to maintain a happy and healthy pet. We accomplish this by taking the time to become familiar with each pet in our care, using information provided by owners as a baseline to better understand a pet's behavior. We also feel strongly that ALL pets be given adequate exercise and outdoor time, so much so that we include this service as part of our daily boarding rate. We find this makes a more relaxed and content pet at day's end. We have a 3/4-acre grassy play yard in which pets are rotated either singly or in small groups throughout the day. This not only proves to be a highlight for most of our younger or more sociable boarders, but older dogs and shy dogs also benefit greatly from a casual romp outdoors. This outdoor time is also a great way for us to earn a dog's trust. Dogs that are not amicable with others are exercised individually and given one-on-one attention from our staff. Our rates are per calendar day:
Dogs $26
Cats $18
Boarding charges begin with the day of check-in and accumulate with each calendar day thereafter. Check-outs that occur between 9 am and noon during regular business hours are not billed as a boarding day; checkouts after 12 noon are billed as a boarding day. A weekend board, Friday to Sunday, is considered a three-day board. Because you are being charged for the care of your pet, we offer no discount for dogs sharing the same pen. We do, however, offer a 10% discount on boarding for extended stays as follows:

2 pets @ 7± days
3 or more pets @ 3± days
