She has done local shows, 4H, lessons, trail rides, and wears hats;) She does it all, and keeps her rider safe! If you have pictures of riding Millie, please post below!

First things first thank you to our Double M Family and everyone who has ever written a board check or paid for lessons with your hard earned money which allowed Kim to live her dream.To this barn that helped form our children to the young adults they’ve become.Isaac knew if his ballgame was at 9:00 it meant he was in the barn at 7:00. The summer Annie graduated high school Kim broke her ankle and Annie ran the lesson program and the trail rides that summer single handed.When one of her friends father found out he told me that was incredible he couldn’t get his daughter to feed the cat lol.To Kim I went all in when you asked if we could leave our home and buy a barn and you came up aces my love.Every time the economy threw us a curveball you reinvented us birthday parties,trail rides and during Covid bringing in the nurses when they needed a safe haven. As for me it means for the first time in 20 years I won’t work 7 days a week which means more time for our baby in Westfield and his baby brother due in a month.Thanks to everyone we love you all, mean it.

Congratulations to the Brandt family on their purchase of Double M Stables.All though a surprise to many it is a transition that has been in the making for over a year.The Brandts have been a major part of our Double M family for 10 years as boarders and unmeasurable help with the maintenance of the big blue barn. Emma has shadowed Kim and Annie for years and is a 10 year member of 4-H and will be graduating from Murry State in January with a degree in Equine Science.The Brandts are an avid 4-H family and ran the saddle club at Warrick for a year.Our family could not be happier about turning this facility and these magnificent animals over to this wonderful equine loving family.Kim and I will be here helping with the day to day until Emma gets done with school in January about the same time Kim and I new home will be finished.We ask and hope for your continued support for this stable and this family.

Help is on the way equine friends.This is Vayla Reese a young lady that has taken her love for horses and has decided to work in the industry she has just returned from ferrier school in Oklahoma.Our industry is in dyer need of vets and blacksmiths. With the passing and funeral of Kims Dad this week she left her minions in the best of hands with Ms Jean Duckworth and Emma Brandt thank you both so much.We are so proud of this group of 4 H members taking what they have worked so hard on for the last couple of months and applying it in a show ring.Don’t get it twisted if you don’t think these ribbons mean anything to these young people just look at the smiles.

If she looks familiar it’s because I posted her accomplishments after her FFA awards banquet.This last week at Warrick County she won the title of Supreme Showman witch consist of the showing of animals and your knowledge on six different large farm animals.This has been a goal of hers since six grade.Congratulations Miley Titzer.

Congratulations to one of Double M own, Miley Titzer on being awarded a stack of awards last night at her FFA Banquet one of them awarded to only 400 out of 14,000 members state wide.She’s the real deal from a farm family in Warrick Co. has owned her own horse and worked with us mucking stalls for years in weather from 5 to 95* never letting the weather affect the care of her and our equine.We are so proud of you Myles and you will no doubt be an asset to future agriculture.

Barrel Racing

Slow start to the weekend hitting a barrel Saturday night but putting this one together today to finish 2nd in 2D up at Cloverdale.Guess it’s not where you start it’s where you finish 2023.Happy New Year everyone.

Great run last night at Warrick Co. for Ghost and Annie finishing second.

Lunch time @ Double M

Just a quick video to help you through your Friday afternoon.Lunch time and you can tell by their grumbling they are not amused by the phone and act like a bunch of hangry teenagers lol. Really though aren’t they something.Have a great weekend love y’all, mean it.

Might have to take a double take with this video I did.Annie surprised us all by entering the poles.I been messing around in our arena with him on poles and thought what the heck she told me so on their inaugural run they placed second in 3D Great night for these two Kim and I are so proud of this duo.Sorry not sorry 😆

After I posted a picture of Ghost on his 15th birthday a friend asked,At what age do you think he will start slowing down.Tonight at Boonville an arena where they have struggled in the past they laid down their personal fast time to win the open,running the only sub 15 second run of the event.Guess it ain’t 15 lol

Unbelievable consistency this weekend almost the exact same time today as yesterday only today it held up and they got first in the 2D this afternoon.

Annie and Ghost back on the road up at Gordyville IL. not sure where she will finish over 200 horses in the class with a 15.4 leading they turned in a beauty running a 15.8 Love this. Update… ran 12th out of 230 horses.
