It has come to our attention recently of a potential phone issue involving spam calling. On several occurrences our doctors and/or staff have tried calling pet owners to relay results/updates and have been prompted by a "Spam Blocker" to enter a code before the call can be completed, even then the calls are not going through. We have contacted our phone provider and things on our end are clear. If you are awaiting results, or have a pet hospitalized and you have not received a call please be aware of this as a potential reason. We do our best to ensure the best communication possible and apologize for any inconvenience. To limit this issue, please be sure we have the best means of contact on file, and check with your provider to verify your spam blocker is not enabled.
