We just left our negotiation meeting with our previous landlord regarding our emergency decision to break our lease. There is still a very real possibility that we could be sued, but he is offering to negotiate. Unfortunately, his terms are much higher than what our organization could ever afford 😢. Our board members are scraping together as much personal funds as possible to cover what we can. Unfortunately, most of our funds were spent getting the ferrets out of Everett safely.

We know that times are tough for everyone and that we are asking a lot for you to donate during these uncertain times, but we are hoping that if we all band together that we can get out from under this legal shadow and get back to the business of rescuing ferrets. Can you help us?
