Just a reminder that it is almost time. The ninth annual Giving Tuesday is on Tuesday December 3, 2024. Giving Tuesday takes place annually, the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and WFRS is eligible for matched donations as a non-profit!! More information to come...Stay Tuned.

Washington Ferret Rescue and Shelter will be closed to adoptions over the Holidays. During late January and February, there has always been a significant spike in owner surrenders. This is because gift-givers, with good intentions, impulsively surprise loved ones with new pets. Please continue to fill out your application to adopt for consideration in January, Happy Holidays!

Another happy Dee & Snider update <3. Here they are having their first playtime together <3. We have no idea how long it has been since these little souls have been joyful. Thank you for your support of their recovery!!

WFRS is running several fundraisers this Summer to pay off our vet bill. We're hoping you'll consider supporting our efforts.
