We can only say good things about this little lady!!! She's just about the sweetest happiest puppy, despite some horrible person shooting her in the leg! Yes, really insane, but true. She came to EAPL with a bullet in her body and in terrible shape as someone was certainly not loving her like we do!! What could have been an injury that cost her her front leg, she has been in physical therapy rehabbing and swimming (check out her video) and loving life. She is smart, house-trained, crate trained and gets along with other dogs. A little shy at first she might bark here and there at someone new, but is learning quickly to trust and live her best life. She is scheduled for her spay on July 17th and her adoption fee will be $250 once she is spayed. To meet her, fill out an application at www.eapl.com

Say hello to Nina! She is absolutely phenomenal she has been getting along great with the other dogs in the home and enjoys calm canine companions. She has done a great job signaling when she needs to go potty by sitting by the door. She has not been destructive inside and shows no chewing desires or bad habits. She's good on leash and seems to ignore the cats in the home. She loves to be next to her person at all times she follows me room to room and lays next to the bed. She has been trustworthy in the house and I do not see the need to use a crate with her. Nina does good with kids and would do great with older kiddos. I do recommend a 6 ft fence for Nina. She does not seem to have the desire to leave her home or person but she can get over smaller fences. Nina also knows all of her basic commands. She is a true sweetheart!
