Dealing with a puppy who loves to chew? Don't fret; we've got some solutions to save your shoes and furniture! Here's the scoop:
Provide Plenty of Chew Toys: Make sure your furry friend has a variety of safe, durable chew toys to sink their teeth into. This will redirect their chewing behavior away from your belongings.
Puppy-proof your Home: Keep tempting items out of reach or behind closed doors. This includes shoes, cords, and anything else your pup might find appealing.
Positive Reinforcement: Praise and reward your puppy when it chews on its toys instead of inappropriate objects. Positive reinforcement goes a long way in teaching good behavior.
Exercise and Mental Stimulation: A tired pup is a well-behaved pup! Ensure your furry friend gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to prevent boredom, which can lead to chewing.
