Now that I have your attention, please keep in mind the pricing changes that began in Feb. As a *1 on 1* groomer, with 13 years of experience, I am able to give each dog the invidual time they require to safely, and skillfully groom them. Each dog is different, the condition, coat type, behavior, special needs, etc. Charging by time, is the best way I can continue to accommodate each individual dogs needs. I fully understand this may not meet everyone's budget, however, I can not sacrifice quality and safety to suit these needs. I strive to provide the best experience and finish for my furry friends. I truly appreciate and thank you all for your support and understanding!

The most common question I've been asked so far regarding new forms, will form of payment be changing? No, that will remain the same! The card on file will be there for late cancelation/no show fees according to the policy agreement. I can certainly charge the card if you need, though there will be an additional service charge for card payments. Thank you all for your on-going support and teamwork!

Happy Friday!! Miss Vivvy isn't letting the rain stop her from looking gorgeous!
New pricing will be in effect starting next week! New forms will be sent out this weekend. I have timed grooms recently for estimates, and most are only seeing a 5-10$ increase. Save yourself some $$ by remembering to brush, brush, brush!

Happy Monday!! The adorable Piper for attention!!! We have several announcements! **please read the entire post!**
Some of you have met my lovely apprentice, Ashley, who has been working along side me this past year bathing, prepping and learning. She is officially opening her books to new groom clients! (She will be accepting dogs 30lbs and below for now).
Beginning February 1st we will be switching from a flat fee, to a $60 per hr rate(excludes Ashley as she is newer and slower working). This change helps to ensure we can continue to provide the same high quality products and services. We continue to strive for QUALITY over quantity. All services will be all inclusive, instead of paying for upgrades, matting, treatments, behaviors etc separately. Updated client intake forms will be sent out to everyone prior to their next appointment, along with updated service agreements. Please READ them thoroughly as many changes have been made. They must be signed and completed 48hrs before your scheduled appointment.
Ways to help keep your costs low
1. Showing up on time! There will be a grace period (subject to change) but once it has past, the clock starts.
2.Brushing*** this may seem obvious, but making sure you brush at home is going to be your number one money saver! The more knotting and undercoat your pet comes in with, the longer the service time. Not only does this increase the brushing time, bathing, drying and clipper work also increase with a coat that is not properly maintained. It is unfair to your dog to try to fit in 6 weeks worth of brushing in to a 1-2hr session. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!
3.Choosing a length/style that best suits your lifestyle- it is my belief that social media has set some unrealistic expectations on what your pets haircut should look like. Doodles with inches of hair, shih tzus to the floor etc. What they don't tell you is the maintenence and frequency of grooms necessary to achieve these looks! Most require daily brushing and grooming EVERY TWO WEEKS! Can you do it, surely! I am always willing to do as much work as you are willing to do at home.
4.Keeping a consistent schedule- Our 2024 goal is to have everyone select a time/day that works best for you, and schedule out for the year. Each week in between grooming sessions adds more time=more money. Each dogs needs are different, but 4-6 weeks is average, we can schedule as little as every 2 weeks! At this time we will not groom on more than an 8 week schedule. (There may be some flexibility based on individual dogs coat type and length of haircut)
