We’re officially on kitten watch!
This sweet girl wandered up to a kind family and made herself right at home. They soon learned that she was pregnant and wanted to make sure she & her kittens got the best care, so she’ll be hanging out with us for a little while 🩷

Mama and babies will need names! Now’s your chance to name a whole litter - each donation of at least $10 will be able to submit a theme (or a collection of names). Wednesday evening we’ll randomly select a winner 🎉

Mama is expecting 5-7 kittens and is due in the next couple weeks. Please send her good thoughts and wishes for a safe delivery!!

Good Morning New Hampshire Friends,
Momo is still looking for her forever family. Her foster family can only foster for a couple more weeks and we want to avoid Momo having to go back into boarding at the Vet. As you can imagine that is not the ideal situation for a senior kitty. At 12 yrs young she should live out the rest of her years in a home and the last thing we want is for her to be in a cage. While Momo does have some medical management as far as her constipation goes, it is easily managed with mediciation and her medical team is at the ready should she need any medical intervention in this area. So, if you are worried about the financial impact of taking on a kitty that may need some medical intervention, you need not worry. All you are responsible for is the home, lots of love and basic needs. Please please, please, share this girl so we can find her her happily ever after. If interested please email [email protected]

A UFO has crashed landed at Spicy Cats just in time for the Exeter UFO Festival!
The flying saucer carrying Twinkle Twinkle here had a rough landing, but thankfully he’s already an expert pilot at just 5 weeks old and he came out unscathed.

As you can see, Twinkle Twinkle was assembled a little bit differently from the cats on Earth. That’s okay! We’re happy to make some accommodations for this little extraterrestrial being.

Twinkle Twinkle will be studied by scientists (the veterinarian) soon to learn more about his kind. He’s also still adjusting to our earthly food which means we’re going through a LOT of p*e pads and wipes.

Please consider donating to his care so he can grow up happily and comfortably!

Hi friends! I’m looking for help to identify/get in contact with this person - they removed a trail camera that belongs to us, brought it home, and deactivated it.

If this is you - hi! My phone number is written on the top of of the camera. Please reach out there or at [email protected] so we can coordinate the return of our belongings 😸 thanks!

A sunshiney yellow bandage for this rainy day ☀️

Our little man, now officially named Russell, still has a pretty substantial wound on his right leg. But the tissue is alive which is great news! He got a new antibiotic today which will hopefully get things moving 🤞🏻
The wound on his left leg is basically all healed so he’s running around and getting into all the typical kitten shenanigans now that he’s down to one bandage.

Russell’s bill is now over $2000. Please consider donating to his care using the button on this post or at the link below!

He will need continued bandage changes for the foreseeable future to heal all the infected tissue and save his leg ❤️‍🩹

HELP SAVE A LEG AND NAME A KITTEN! TW: wound photos

Late last night we got a call from our local ER Vet about an injured kitten who was brought in by a good samaritan.
We’re not quite sure on his exact story due to a communication barrier, but to the best of our understanding the good samaritan had rescued the kitten from someone who planned to abandon him in a dumpster.

We agreed to take custody of the little guy so his large, necrotic leg wound could be treated. After a night of antibiotics and TLC he’s already starting to feel better ❤️‍🩹

WANT A CHANCE TO NAME HIM?
Every donation of $10+ to his medical fund will have the opportunity to submit a name!
‼️ ENTER YOUR NAME HERE: https://www.zeffy.com/donation-form/name-our-new-kitten ‼️

His overnight stay at the vet was quoted between $800 and $1,500.
Even if you’re not interested in submitting a name, please consider donating to his care!
This little guy will need some extensive treatment and follow ups to make sure he beats this nasty infection and gets to keep his leg

LUDO UPDATE 🩵 TW for wound pictures

What a difference a month makes!! Ludo was found as a stray with a thin piece of rope tied tightly around his neck. As he grew, the rope cut into his skin causing a deep wound.

Over the past few weeks he’s been doing a great job healing - first in bandages, then in a cone, and now he’s finally free! While he’ll likely never grow fur on that band of scar tissue, I honestly still can’t believe how great his neck looks. He is the sweetest little man and is really starting to show off his goofy personality 🥹
Thank you so much to everyone who donated to his care and made this possible!

*Ludo is not available for adoption at this time
