Fairfax County Public Schools are closed today (Friday) so that means pool hours have been extended for today! Both the Glen Eagles and Oak Chase pools will be open from 10am-9pm today and this Labor Day weekend.

NEW POOL HOURS are now in effect:
*** Friday, Sept 1st - 10am-9pm (both Glen Eagles & Oak Chase pools)
*** Monday through Friday: 4pm-9pm
*** Saturday & Sunday: 10am-9pm

Labor Day doesn’t mean the end of swim season at Crosspointe! Crosspointe will keep the Glen Eagles pool open during the two weekends following Labor Day on September 9th and 10th and again the following weekend, September 16th and 17th, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm each day.

All normal in-season pool rules and procedures will remain in effect.

Fairfax County Public Schools are back in session so please keep in mind pedestrians, bikers, school buses, and additional cars during the pre and post school hours in our neighborhood. The speed limit is 25-mph on all Crosspointe roads and full-stops are required at stop signs at all times.

INVITATION: Bethel Church invites all Crosspointe residents to a special event on Saturday, Aug 19 from 9am-3pm. The church event will feature mechanical bull rides, train rides, food and entertainment with the goal of raising funds to add a new auditorium to their church site. The event will be in the "ranch house" that was purchased by the church a few years ago which is down the path from the church on Lee Alan Drive.

Parking is at the church at 8285 Glen Eagles Lane (past the Glen Eagles pool) and attendees can walk the trail to the ranch property.
