I have seen my fair share of FIP cases but this was one of the worst cases I've ever seen and little Pax appears to be recovering so well from ocular FIP! I'm so thankful that there is finally a legal drug to treat this previously deadly disease!

In less than a week’s time, Pax’s life saving medication has already begun to work. In what Dr. Loni at Heartland described as, “the worst ocular case of FIP” she’s ever seen, she is as amazed as we are at how quickly Pax’s eyes have improved. Initially unsure if he’d regain his sight, we are thrilled to say that Pax currently appears to have regained full vision!

On just day 8 of his 84 day treatment, we remain realistic, but so very optimistic. Our sweet boy is not out of the woods, but we will take this as a victory.

Please keep him in your thoughts as he continues to fight the next 76 days. We believe in you, Pax!

We are always honored to help out Critter Crusaders of Cedar Rapids when we have the opportunity to! Sweet Minerva will live a long healthy life now!

I absolutely love Nacho from ! There are so many medical reasons that cats and dogs just like him come to us from Last Hope Animal Rescue almost every single day. Please donate toward his surgery if you can, or if you can’t, they are always looking for fosters, volunteers, and donations of food and supplies. There are always ways we can all give back to the pets in our community!
