The Cat Hospital of Fairfax We are located in historic Fairfax, Virginia, and are a feline only veterinary clinic. The Cat Hospital of Fairfax, Inc.

was established in 1991 by Dr. Janette Ellison. We take pride in providing the finest feline health care available, with an emphasis on preventative health. Each staff member is committed to every client and patient. Because of this, doctor appointments are typically 45-60 minutes long. This time is spent talking about aspects of the patient's life, such as nutrition, preventative care, and behavi

oral issues. The Cat Hospital of Fairfax provides doctor appointments, 15 minute nurse appointments, radiography, in-house STAT lab work, and a variety of surgical procedures: castration, ovariohysterectomy, thyroidectomy, endoscopy and dental prophylaxis. 🏡 He's looking for a home! 🏡

Baron is around 4 years old. He was an outdoor boy, living in a cat colony, when he was trapped and neutered by one of our lovely clients. He was described as taking his medication "like a lamb" and being too nice to live his life outdoors 💕 He is house trained and enjoyed being indoors while healing.

Baron is FIV+ but that just means his immune system is weakened. FIV+ cats can often live long happy lives.

His only "quirk" is that he must be the only cat of the house. He does not like sharing love, affection, or cuddles of his human with other cats.

There's a rumor going around that he tap dances for attention! 🕺
