Over Thanksgiving, we decided to have some fun and purchased 11 chicks! When we received them, they were two days old. Now, these ladies (and dude) are about a month away from the start of their egg laying journey!
We are so excited to announce, we will be selling our beautiful, free range, organically fed, chicken eggs!

We have had a very busy summer at APPC!! Social media has somewhat taken a backseat however, we have been as busy as ever. Moving to our new location has been a blessing and we are so grateful to our clients who have traveled near and far to board with us!
We now have just under 3 acres of land for your pups and caged friends to enjoy! Little sneak peak in the video below. We hope to see you for the upcoming holiday rush!!

Our first boarders at our new home!! Cody & Oskar ventured from Fairfax and Burke to come visit us this weekend!!! They LOVED having so much space to run and play. It’s a wonderful feeling to welcome them into our new home!
Boarding services are now OPEN and we cannot wait to see you!!!!

Fence is being finished at our new location in Loudoun County!!!!
Remember, we still offer pet sitting and dog walking in our Fairfax location!! All boarding services will be moved to our new location and begin the weekend of April 21st!

We are expanding to Loudoun County!! That’s right! And we are SO excited.
We will soon be serving Lovettsville, Round Hill, Waterford and surrounding areas. We are looking to add pet sitters and dog walkers to our team in those locations.
Our Fairfax location will remain OPEN and will continue to serve Fairfax, Burke, Springfield, Fairfax Station and surrounding areas!

We are beyond excited for this adventure and will have more to come in the next few weeks!!!

It is with the heaviest of hearts, we announce the passing of one of our first clients, sweet Sadie.
This feels incredibly strange to write, as she was just under our care days before her passing. Sadie was only 6. She had a very aggressive cancer, which was only discovered within days of her passing.
Sadie has been boarding with us for 4+ years. She’s been over to our home 10+ times. We adored her. And we knew her well. When she had an episode of diarrhea, I texted her owners immediately, it wasn’t like her and I knew that. Within a day, the vet had discovered the real problem, cancer.
GET YOURSELF A PET SITTER WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO ISSUES, KNOWS YOUR PETS, IS TRAINED TO LOOK FOR SIGNS OF DISCOMFORT OR UNUSUAL BEHAVIOR AND WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY!

Rest is paradise, Sadie. You will be forever loved♥️

With a very heavy heart, we say goodbye to sweet, Buster. We will miss you so 💔
Even though these are our clients, we grow very attached to them and feel such sadness when they pass. Buster was such a loyal, selective companion and we will never forget all the days we had the privilege of caring for him.

This saddens me to post, however, a local family, and client of APPC home caught on fire yesterday, and again this morning. All are safe, however, their home and all belongings are a total loss.
