Winnie (pictures 1-3) is a rescue dog with a very difficult backstory. I have been grooming her sister, Phoebe (picture 4) for quite some time now, and I finally got the chance to have a go at miss Winnie🐾

Winnie is an extremely nervous and skittish girl, who atleast while she’s on my table, seems to be in “fight or flight” mode. I took extra time with her groom and we went at Winnie’s pace. I am hopeful that with more grooms she will become more comfortable on the table and her personality will start to shine💖

I absolutely adore her, and look forward to getting to know her some more. Dogs with behavior like Winnie’s are the reason I am so passionate about this career❤️‍🩹
