Puma Cat is a sweet Arabian Mau mix who traveled to 4 Paws from Kuwait when her original rescuer ended up having to go back home to the Ukraine. She had been hoping to take her beloved cat home with her but the situation in Ukraine was just too dangerous, so she made the difficult decision to send Puma to 4 Paws in the hope of finding a great forever home for her.

Puma has a lovely, sweet nature. She is a chatty girl who loves to cuddle in her foster's lap. She is good with other cats, friendly dogs, and gentle children. She would make a wonderful family cat. She is ready to start her new life with a wonderful adopter. She even comes complete with her own kitty passport.

Puma Cat's estimated birthdate is November 2018. She is spayed, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and has been microchipped.

Meet Valentine! 💌

This cute kitty was found as a stray who kept coming back to the finders home and attempting to get inside. They brought him to Baltimore County Animal Services so that he could continue to get the care he needs. His finders noted he did well with children, ate well and used the litterbox while with them. While at the shelter Valentine can be found in his kennel rolling over for pets and soaking up all the attention he can get.

Unfortunately, Valentine has a leg injury that is clearly causing him some pain when manipulated but he seems to walk around okay, limping as he goes. We started Valentine on medications to see if there is any improvements over the next few days. Radiographs will be needed to determine the best treatment plan for the leg and amputation may be necessary. We are hoping a rescue steps up and is able to help get this boy back on the road of recovery!

The sweetest bonded pair is looking for a home because their owners have to move out of the country! 😿

Thupsi and Nonte are a pair of affectionate, well-mannered cats looking for a home together. They have different personalities that complement each other, making them a great match for a variety of households.

Thupsi (4 years old, Long-Haired Tortoiseshell)
Thupsi is a gentle and affectionate cat who enjoys both playtime and relaxation. She can be a little shy in new environments but adjusts quickly and grows comfortable with familiar faces. Once she feels at home, she enjoys curling up next to people and seeking out attention. She has a playful side but prefers a quieter environment where she can nap undisturbed. Thupsi would do well in a home with children who understand how to approach her gently.

Nonte (8 years old, American Shorthair)
Nonte is a lively and social cat who loves meeting new people. He greets guests with curiosity and enjoys being the center of attention. He has plenty of energy and enjoys interactive toys and engaging play sessions. He is always up for a game but also appreciates a cozy spot to rest near his favorite people. Nonte is confident and outgoing, making him a great companion for an adopter looking for an engaging and friendly pet.

This beautiful little lady originally came to 4Paws when she was identified as a barn cat with one of our partnering shelters. It turns out that she is actually quite friendly and sweet and would love an indoor home! 🥹💖

Laymoon is a gorgeous Maine C**n who is losing his home because his adopter is moving out of the country.

He originally came to 4 Paws from Kuwait in November 2024 so he is an international traveler. He is playful and very affectionate with humans but he would prefer to be an only cat. They are a bonded brother and sister pair who have lost their home due to allergies. They are with one of our partnering shelters in West Virginia and 4Paws can help them with a firm foster commitment!

Sandy is a beautiful two-year-old Persian cat with stunning fur. She is fully vaccinated and spayed. Sandy’s personality is truly special—she is incredibly affectionate with her human companions, enjoys playing, and has a hearty appetite without being fussy.

‼️Adoption Alert 👋 Hi, I'm Solstice! I've got a cool butterfly mustache to complement my 15 pounds of handsome tuxedo. I'm not a lap cat, but I'm told I am a great companion. I do like to be near my foster parents, and I even let them give me belly rubs sometimes. I like to play with springs and balls and my foster parents and I play with toys together. A few more things about me: - I am exceptionally good at meeting new people in the house. - I'm much calmer on car rides than other cats. - I really like to be brushed. - I let my foster parents sleep through the night. - I probably shouldn't live with kids, due to my need to attack drawstrings on clothing.
