We’ve been closed since last Thursday as I (Morgan) had to attend a funeral in Massachusetts. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time away.

We’ll be back to our normal business hours tomorrow, and we’ll start returning all missed calls and texts then. If you’ve reached out, thank you for your kindness — we’ll be in touch soon. If you haven’t heard back by end of business day tomorrow, please reach out again! We have been completely swamped with messages over the last few days.

Not our usual cheery post, but unfortunately we need to post a reminder of our policies. In the last 3 weeks, we have had numerous same day cancellations and/or no shows. These are detrimental to a small business like us, and by not showing up to your appointments you are directly affecting our ability to provide for our families.

Please just cancel your appointment within 24 hours if you’re unable to make it. This gives us time to attempt to fill your slot. How would you like coming into work & not getting paid?

As a reminder, your first offense you will owe 50% of your groom, the second is 100%, the third is 100% and you will be removed from our client list. We totally understand life happens, but unfortunately with the rising cost of living we are going to have to be more strict with our policies. During the weeks of major holidays, you will be charged 100% of the groom cost. These appointments are of high demand, and when you don’t show up you are taking an appointment from someone else.

Just a reminder that Emily will be going on maternity leave at the end of May. We have very limited haircut openings between now and when she leaves, and as Morgan will be the only groomer on staff while Emily is out, appointments will be filling up even faster than usual. If your pup is on a 4, 6, or 8 week schedule we highly recommend prebooking your appointments through September to guarantee that you can be booked on your desired day and time. 🐾
