From Alpharetta Vet Specialty and ER.

Hi Susan! Domino is doing well today. He's eating really well, seems quite comfortable, and actually has a little bit of motor functioning coming back in the back legs. Dr. Nanai is having us remove his urinary catheter tomorrow and then he'll discharge with the neuro service on Monday as long as all goes well. Have a wonderful evening, Dr. Euler

This 10-month-old sweetheart was rescued in the final hours from a high-kill shelter after being surrendered by his previous owners. Despite everything he’s been through, Brownie’s gentle heart and zest for life never faded 💛

Request for IPad Donation

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, in need of an iPad (iOS 16 or newer) with internet compatibility for our thrift store in Oakland, NJ. Our current device is outdated and no longer supports the system we use for processing customer transactions.

Our thrift store is 100% volunteer-run, and all proceeds directly benefit the Rescue. We do rely on the generosity of our community to continue our mission of saving and rehoming animals in need.

🐾 Mia needs your help!
Yesterday at our adoption event, sweet Mia had to be rushed to VEG ER for Pets after falling due to an apparent issue with her leg and hitting her head. Thankfully, her injury wasn’t serious and she’s already on the road to recovery. ❤️

However, her vet bill came to $764.67, and as a small volunteer-run rescue, unexpected expenses like this put a strain on our resources.

Every dollar makes a difference in helping us continue saving dogs like Mia.

🐾 Uncle Sam is an affectionate, playful boy who loves being by your side! His foster mom says, “He’s smart, eager to learn, and always up for a game of fetch.” This sweet guy would thrive with an active family who can give him plenty of time and space to play.

Uncle Sam is dog-friendly, people-friendly, and walks beautifully on the leash. He’s currently thriving in foster care alongside his foster brother—but what he really wants is a forever home of his own. ❤️

Uncle Sam had a paw-some time at the Paws in the Park event today in Hawthorne! 🐾 He made lots of new friends and even joined the peanut butter licking contest—though he was a little confused about the assignment 🤭🥜 This sweet boy would love nothing more than a forever home to call his own ❤️
