Pitter Patter Rescue

A 501-3c non profit founded in 2014 based out of Solano County.

All of our animals are raised in foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and are medically cleared. Our re-homing fee includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, dewormer, flea prevention and microchip. Our animals are part of the family in their foster home, and are socialized with other cats and dogs. If interested in any of our animals please fill out an application

🐾 Happy National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week! 🐾

This week, we’re sending a huge thank-you to all the amazing animal shelters and rescue workers who give so much love and care to animals in need. 💛

We’re especially grateful for our friends at Solano County Sheriff's Office Animal Care Division — every one of our kitties comes from that facility (We might be a little partial 🐱💖) Head over to their page to give them a big thank you.

When humans “fall back,” but your cat…

Wakes you up at 5:00 AM instead of 6:00 AM 🐾

Demands breakfast exactly one hour earlier 🍽️

Acts like it’s totally normal to knock over everything on the counter at the new “wrong” time 🐾💥

Happy Daylight Savings! May your coffee be strong and your cats… slightly less punctual. ☕😹

Our Story

Pitter Patter Rescue was founded in 2014 by animal lovers that always knew that they could make a difference in the overpopulation problems of our local area.Our animals are generally pulled from local shelters and then placed in foster homes. All of our animals are raised in foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and are medically cleared.

Our re-homing fee ($25-$150 depending on the particular animal) includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip. Our animals are part of the family in their foster home, and are socialized with other cats and dogs. All of our adoptable animals are housed at Petsmart in Fairfield.
