All of our animals are raised in foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and are medically cleared. Our re-homing fee includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, dewormer, flea prevention and microchip. The babies are ready!!!😻
This bunch was the sweetest, loving, and most playful that we have had in a long time. They all have their distinct personalities but are all equally sweet. They purr as soon as they’re touched and they love to be around people, cats, and dogs!!!❤️🐈‍⬛🐕

Bitty Kitty - This boy loves to sleep in funny positions. He will sleep through chaos and then wakes up to him right in it!🤸🏻‍♂️
JoJo - This boy is a fatty. He is the biggest of the bunch and loves to lay around sunning while the rest are going nuts. He will wake up and then wake everyone up when he is ready to play.🖤
Mickey - This boy is a little loopy. He will watch you with a serious look and then jump in the air, do a somersault, and take off running to play! 🤡
Cash - This boy is a wild man. He loves to jump into every wrestling match that is going on and then stop for a snack.🩶
Samara - This girl is the queen for sure. She loves to play and be part of the crew but will let her brothers now when it’s time for her girl time.❤️👑

We haven’t posted about these babies since they arrived 6 weeks ago! Having to juggle life, kids, working, and bottle feeding kittens isn’t easy. Luckily, we had an anonymous donation of formula, blankets, and baby wipes so the bottle baby stage was set!
Now that these kids are off of formula, we are in need of solid food and toys to keep them busy!!! They would love Royal Canin BabyCat canned and dry food please.😽
Kitten toys and a small cat tree would be amazing! They love to climb already!🎏📿🎣
They are practicing being big cats! 🐈‍⬛🐆🐅
There are 4 boys and 1 girl.
Can you guess which one is a girl???😼

They are the sweetest, trusting, and most cuddly babies. We can’t wait to show you how fun and silly they are!❤️

Help Possum beat FIP

It’s been almost a week since Possum’s first visit to UC Davis and since he started his daily medication to help beat FIP. We are so happy to report that he seems to be feeling better!😻 Just two days after starting the medication, his skin looks less jaundice and he started showing signs of being himself again. He started playing and hunting his toys. He even played with his older cat brother at home. He hadn’t done this for a couple of weeks so this is great news!❤️ We are all aware that he is not in the clear yet but we are ecstatic that he seems to be responding to the medication.💜 Thank you to everyone who has donated and shared his story. We are so hopeful for a complete recovery. Please continue to SHARE and donate if you are able. All donations will go towards paying off his diagnostics and any unforeseen complications. Welp, I guess we have to take the positives with the negatives.😾 We knew that the way Little Bernard walked was a little weird but we figured that it was due to his tiny size. As he got bigger and his movements became more kitten-like, we realized that all of his feet appeared to be hyperextended. He walks flat on them. His little front feet seem to get stuck in the flat position and his foster mom has to pop them back into place.😿 We are going to do some research as well as discussing this with some kitten knowledgeable veterinarians and veterinary technicians in order to give Bernie the best care. We are hoping that this is something that will resolve on its own or that he could live with it pain free. Nonetheless, we need your good energy for Bernie as well as your support towards this new issue.💜 The good news is that he is eating great and that he is happy. Our Story

Pitter Patter Rescue was founded in 2014 by animal lovers that always knew that they could make a difference in the overpopulation problems of our local area.Our animals are generally pulled from local shelters and then placed in foster homes. All of our animals are raised in foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and are medically cleared.

Our re-homing fee ($25-$150 depending on the particular animal) includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip. Our animals are part of the family in their foster home, and are socialized with other cats and dogs. All of our adoptable animals are housed at Petsmart in Fairfield.
