Salko Farm & Stable - 1948 - present
Salko Farm & Stable is a family run equestrian facility in Southport, CT. One of Fairfield County’s best kept secrets, this horseback riding and boarding barn has been in operation since 1948. The farm was originally purchased by Andrew and Anna Salko. In 1973 their youngest son Chris took over the daily operations of the farm and he has been here ever since. He now lives on the farm with his wife Jane, their dog Georgie, two cats and many horses.
