I’m so upset with this phone service! A lot of my clients are telling me, they can’t get through to me on my phone! So I have switched phone service and I have gotten a new phone! I think my phone problem is fixed. I had a few clients tell me they couldn't get through to me. I have worked so hard with hard to resolve this issue. I'm still open And grooming. Look if you are not going to make your appointment. Please have the common courtesy as to cancel. This is not a hobby. This is my job! This is how I pay my bills and provide for my family. $300.00 is a big loss for my business and family. With that being said. From here out if you are a new client. You may be subject to a deposit. In order to secure a grooming appointment with me. I have been grooming for 31 years soon to be 32. I have never seen it this bad for people not making their appointments. You may get it cheaper somewhere else. However, you get what you pay for. I don't just groom you dog. I'm not just a groomer. I am a certified professional pet stylist. Holding a degree from ISCC. That being the, Internal Society of Canine Cosmetology. So yes your gonna pay for my services. Thank you rant over have a good day!!
