Butterfinger, the kitty, and Slinky, the beagle mix, are off for a new adventure! They will have a new home to explore, a new canine brother, a boy of their own, and a very nice couple. They will bring lots of fun and activity to their new home.

Update on Serena and Callie. These two girls were at the shelter and/or foster care for quite a while. They were adopted together and are doing well. Serena (on the left) has been renamed Hattie. On the right is Callie, now named Mabel.

Hattie/Serena has experienced a few flare ups but is on special allergy foods and is doing well. "She is a sweet cat and loves to be where we are," says her new family.

"Mabel/Callie is also doing great! She still loves to play like a kitten and has so many spring toys around the house she is never without one."

They are learning to get along and be best friends.

Jack has been waiting this day for about 6 months. Jack found a new family! He will have faces to lick, kids to play with, squirrels to watch. Jack will get lots of love (probably not from the squirrels) and attention. Thank you for giving this boy a new home.

We aren't sure who was happier, Mario or his new family! Mario is normally a happy guy, but he seemed to sparkle a little brighter today. He will be treasured at his new home.
