✨The greatness is in the Golden Paste✨

Turmeric has been known to have healing properties for quite some time now. That’s why I’ve included it in my recipe for the Orange Godess purée! If your dog has arthritis, cancer or you’re just looking to take preventative action, this purée is for you!

“What’s so special about it, you ask?” read on 💭

Golden paste is made of Turmeric, coconut oil and black pepper. Ground turmeric has so many health properites for both humans and dogs! It has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is commonly used to improve arthritis symptoms, fight cancer, support the liver and improve gastrointestinal function. When you create a golden paste with turmeric that means you combine it with coconut oil and black pepper over low heat on the stove. The black pepper helps the turmeric better absorb into the bloodstream and the coconut oil makes the liver metabolize the curcumin slower so, again, it is better absorbed by your dog 🐾

This purée also includes pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, plain Greek yogurt & chia seeds! All tasty and healthy ingredients for your pup 🐶

These are NOT meant to replace your dogs food, but rather to add a spoonful and mix it in so your dog enjoys eating their meals AND gets some good nutrition at the same time 😁 If you’d rather feed as a treat instead or even freeze it as a cool treat on these hot days, I’m sure your dog would love that, too 💕
