HELLO! , All of our valued customers . We will be upgrading our phone and computer systems , If you call and cannot get through please call back tomm morning and we will be very happy to assist you. We also want to apologize for the current issues we have had with people not receiving our voicemails . We do check our voicemails at the end of the day and call everyone back as soon as possible. Owners are moving and cannot take these poor babies with them, they are both 13 years old. The male is not neutered and not good with cats but has done good with dogs in their pack. The female is very friendly good with cats and dogs and both pups are good with children. The owners said she will have them up to date on shots and may get male neutered before they leave. Looking for a great new home to let these seniors live their best life please call Shirley at 397-5426 with any other questions.

Due to the quarantine lasting two months as well as the new CDC regulations, we are not able to back track all of the missed appointments. Unfortunately we had to clear all future appointments to focus on high risk pets and pets with medical needs. We will be starting the schedule over. Please call and leave your name and number so we can write down your information and return your call as soon as we can. Due to high demand and us trying to groom pets at a timely rate and go through as many calls as we can, we will get back to you within 72 hours. Thank for your patience we know this is inconvenient but we are doing the best we can to get to everyone as soon as possible. Please remember we are all in this together!

We are happy to say we finally got word we are allowed to reopen! We will be open for business on May 12th! We will be accepting No walk-ins for the time being. Please be patient and courteous with us as we have many pups who need to get in for an appointment and only so many groomers. We are using this weekend to prep and go through our list of voicemails so we can start setting our new upcoming schedule. We will call as many people as we can back. We thank you for your patience as we can only get in so many dogs at one time due to the new guidelines. Not everyone is going to be able to receive an appointment immediately but we will do our best to get everyone in as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to see our furry friends!

We greatly apologize, but we still have not heard word about grooming salons being on the reopen list. We will post details as we know them. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are trying out best to find out details. We miss seeing our pups and hope to return to work as soon as we get word! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

Unfortunately, due to the extension of the stay at home order issued by the governor, we must continue to stay closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To help make sure your pup keeps a healthy coat, you can brush your pup daily making sure to focus on specific areas such as the armpits, ears, tail, and their bloomers. Always be sure to brush them after their bath to prevent matting. If you are in need of dog food you can reach Dale at 814-882-5891 and he can schedule to assist you. We apologize again, and we hope everyone is staying safe in these unfortunate times.

Although our business is temporarily suspending grooming services you can still pick up food for your pets by calling DALE at 814.434.2322.
