MERRY CHRISTMAS TO TN'S H**P INDUSTRY! WE HAVE A TEMPORARY INJUNCTION ON THE TOTAL THC RULE AND THE H**P FLOWER RULE!

We learned today that we were granted a temporary injunction until February 18th on the lawsuits that we filed against the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.

On February 18th we will be back in court to fight for a permanent injunction on these rules.

We can then sell flour concentrates and vapes until that February date.

This is also when session will be kicking off as well and we do have a plan to defeat a bill from the TBI!

It's not a complete solution but it is a solution for now!

Okay, no decision today.

We had someone report that they called the court and received confirmation that no decision will be announced today.

They mentioned that there will be one by Christmas Eve.

We are incredibly frustrated with this news. We understand everybody else is ready to hear the news and ready to move on with life.

We hope everybody has a peaceful and happy weekend.
