🐶Stay Present: Try activities like meditation or deep breathing to stay focused on what’s happening now. Dogs are great at this – they enjoy each moment without worrying about the past or future.
🐶Take Tech Breaks: Put away your devices sometimes. Dogs don’t have phones, but they’re masters at soaking up the world around them. Give yourself a break from screens to enjoy the present.
