I just have to rant, Shelby our dog torn her nail and ripped the nail but still holding on with her toe meat showing, I am calling vets around Falcon area to see if they can get her in. I am on lunch so I figured I can drop her off and get her after they sedate and fix the toe.
My vet is in a meeting from 12-2pm. So I call around
Tender care in emergency surgery for 4 hours okay, no problem, I’ll try someone else, I call Animal hospital of falcon, literally on the phone I ask, my dog torn her nail can I get in today to be seen, the receptionist answer back “No” umm excuse me? no?
How about sorry we don’t have room today or my doctors is in an emergency right now, okay I’ll understand the real big emergencies but “ NO “and then I just hung straight up.
Horrible customer service, I can’t believe I was told that, I would NEVER say that to someone. Ever. End of rant
My vet will see her at 3pm and unfortunately I had to call off the rest of the day to get this sorted with my dogs nail.
But who does that type verbiage in a business.
