I know a lot of people that have asked about in home euthanasia & this is something that this area hasn’t had for a while. Obviously none of us ever want to go through this but having a way to make the experience less stressful for our beloved pets can help. 💕

Hello everyone, welcome to Kind Goodbyes’ page! I am Dr. Katlyn E. Batts and also the creator/owner of Kind Goodbyes In-Home Pet Euthanasia service. I wanted to make a post letting the people of my community know what my business is about and to give you all an insight on why I am so passionate about starting this type of business.

We all know loss of any kind is one of the most painful and difficult obstacles to go through in life. My goal in creating this business is to hopefully ease the pain of losing a furry loved one and to make it as stress-free for you and your families as possible.

Kind Goodbyes allows you to stay in the comfort of your home with your companions, spend as much time as you would like with them, and give them the kindest goodbye in a place they are most familiar and at peace.

Once your pet has peacefully made their walk across the rainbow bridge, private and communal cremation services are offered. Additional keepsakes are also offered.

I am available to travel to Greeneville, Morristown, Johnson City, Kingsport, and everywhere in between.

Hey guys! It’s that time of year again! Meet The Mountains Festival has moved to a new location this year, it will be at Winged Deer Park! So come by & see us! Bring the pups by for a treat and a water break! I (Alison Carson) won’t be there both days but Jessica Tayler and her dog Tux will be there to greet everyone and answer questions!

Miss Blossom graduated her basic obedience lessons with flying colors! Her family really did their homework and did a fantastic job applying what they learned in training. Thank you Scott family for trusting me with your training goals and for the sweet card “from Blossom”.

It was a beautiful day for a visit to Miss Mary’s for a dock diving lesson for board and train, Tovi.
It’s not all work and no play around here. It’s so important to give your dog physical and mental exercise and this is such a fun activity to do with your dog that gives them an outlet for all that energy!

We are so thankful to have such an awesome place so close!

Tovi is a 6 month old Belgian Malinois here for our board and train program. She and her family just moved to the area and they wanted to immediately get her in training so that she can begin to live her best life as a Tennesseean. 🧡

They knew that with this breed it was especially important that she be given not only what she needs physically but mentally as well. We look forward to doing just that!

Think your dog is too old? Too small? Too big?
Think again. Every dog can benefit from training, no matter the size or age!

Each one of these dogs came to us for different reasons, their owners all had different goals for their dog but overall just wanted to be able to have a happy well behaved dog that they would enjoy instead of feeling frustrated.
I’m so happy that I could help their families achieve their goals in giving their dog a better life.

Bobo and Ghost learning together.

It might not seem like a big deal but they are from two separate homes and each had different obstacles to overcome.
Bobo is a typical Beagle so he’s easily distracted by smells and had little to no obedience.

Ghost had some obedience but not when other dogs were around because he was reactive.

This is what we call progress.
